  • Pedestrians should use the sidewalks or stay close to the curb, not walk down the middle of the street or in neighbor’s yards.
  • Residents should make an attempt to know and provide help to senior citizens and handicapped residents.
  • Residents should be concerned for the safety and well-being of children, making sure that they are not playing in the street or crossing streets in an unsafe manner. Children should be encouraged to play in their back yards whenever possible.
  • Speeding above the neighborhood speed limit is never acceptable.
  • Neighbors should notify parents of unsafe activities regarding their children.
  • Car noise from mufflers and loud music should be kept to a minimum.
  • When engaging in an outdoor event, residents shall respect their neighbor’s comfort and privacy.
  • Residents and their visitors should not block street traffic or pose safety issues. Park in driveways when possible.
  • In order to maintain/increase property values, property owners are encouraged to maintain, repair and upgrade their properties, including curb and gutter areas (remove weeds and grass growth in cracks).
  • Lawns, trees, and shrubbery is to be maintained and grass cut as needed. Absentee homeowners are responsible for the upkeep of their property, even if it is rented.
